Sam Rohrer: Hello and welcome to this Wednesday edition of Stand In the Gap Today. And today we’re going to make it a health focused program. My guest, Dr. Lee Vliet, founder and president of Truth for Health Foundation. Now the theme I’ve chosen for today revolves around, I’m going to say eight reality and you’ll understand as I build this out what we’re talking about, but a reality that impacts probably, I’m going to say probably 99% of all Americans as well as an overwhelming majority of the world’s population. This reality, it’s absolutely real, it is measurable and on many fronts, its impact is known while others are yet to be fully known. And you cannot see this reality, which makes it somewhat difficult, but you’ll understand that I get further here. You cannot feel this reality though. The impact of this reality is increasingly being evidenced in, well, I’m going to say compromised health and immune responses.
Sam Rohrer: Now, what complicates the consideration of this health risk created by this unseen reality is a function of modern technology, which contributes to the ease of communication, the unlimited access to worldwide information, and it’s become a visible part of what most people have come to regard as an inseparable convenience. We actually carry it in our hands or hold it in our pockets. Well, what’s this visible item with which most people cannot part? Well, it’s called the cell phone. The unseen reality is the EMF frequencies that make the cell phone function an instantaneous communication possible. Here’s the question, but is the usage of this cell phone and EMF frequencies that accompany it that make it possible? Is it safe or do they present identifiable health risks? And if so, what kind and if so, can these negative health impacts be mitigated to make them acceptably safe? These questions and more will be addressed today on this program as Dr. Lee Vliet and I consider this issue from a medical and health perspective. The title for today’s program is this cell phone or EMF usage and Your Health Cell phone usage and Your Health, the medical Truth. And with that, Dr. Lee, I’d just like to welcome in briefly say hello to the audience, and then I want to go for just a little bit of a commentary on the Republican Convention.
Lee Vliet: Thank you, Pastor Sam. It’s really a pleasure to be back with you. Thanks for having me.
Sam Rohrer: You’re certainly welcome. Well, ladies and gentlemen, before we get into this theme today, let me just offer some comments I can on the Republican Convention, I could say a whole lot if you’ve been watching it, you’ve seen a whole lot. But the Lord willing, I’m going to spend more time on what’s happening there and there’s a lot to talk about and do so in tomorrow’s program, but I will say that thus far these would be some summary points I think that I would put together. The Republican Convention, the GOP convention has officially adopted the new platform, so they have a new platform, we’ll give some comment on that tomorrow. They have nominated Donald Trump as their candidate for president that’s now official. They have nominated Senator JD Vance from Ohio as the vice presidential candidate. So everything is in works for the convention to move ahead.
Sam Rohrer: This year’s convention in my estimation is perhaps the most, I’m going to call it this big tent gathering that I can remember. In my opinion, there are many mixed messages coming from this convention. A lot of conventions happen that way, but I think there’s some mixed messages coming from this one arising out of the chosen speakers and the greatly modified platform. The platform has significantly changed in some key ways. Tonight now on primetime, JD Vance will speak as the vice presidential candidate by the convention there, and we’ll hear from him tonight, tomorrow night, the nation will hear from Donald Trump and it’ll be the first time that the nation will have heard other than seeing him around from time to time. But it’ll be the first time they’ll hear him speak publicly since the attempted assassination just four days ago in Butler, Pennsylvania. Now, clearly in my opinion, had the assassination attempt been successful and we thank the Lord that it was not, but had the assassination been successful, this convention would be in disarray and they would have a difficult time trying to plow its way through in historic moment, yet overshadowed in some respects, the convention’s activities, are those still progressing?
Sam Rohrer: They’re progressing under a cloud of concern. Wondering, for example, if another attempt on people’s lives will occur and wondering if the truth will ever come to light about what clearly appears to be a government orchestrated conspiracy to assassinate, that’s incredible. The stakes are high all around the need to pray for God’s sovereign hand to be evidenced, has never been greater. The need for a national humbling before God in repentance for our many sins and a sincere return to God on God’s terms is the only thing that can unify our nation. And we are in such need of unifying around truth, and truth is only found in God’s word. I trust that each of you listening to me right now will go to God in prayer with clean hands and a clean heart because when that happens and we pray for God’s will to be done, then God will hear us.
Sam Rohrer: So as we go into this first break, join me in prayer as I pray for all that is happening, our dear heavenly Father, we thank you that from across this nation, people can join with me now for just a bit in praying for the needs of our nation, we have witnessed an atrocity yet to be identified. I pray, Lord, for justice to be done. I pray for those who strategized evil, that they would be brought to their knees, they would be brought to justice. Lord, I pray for President Trump. You touched his ear. Did he hear? Lord, I pray that he would humble himself before you and call out to Jesus Christ to be his personal savior. I pray for those around him who give him counsel that they would understand what is at stake and how short life is and would call out to you and humble themselves.
Sam Rohrer: Lord, our nation is under your judgment. It is clear. I pray that we would recognize that and as God’s people, we would humble ourselves and return to you in repentance of our sins, begging for your mercy. And with that, Lord, we put these things in your hands. In Jesus’ name, amen. Well, welcome back to the program and we are now going to get into the heart of the issue today. The theme is this, cell phones, you’ll have one. You probably have all heard that, well, is it good for my health? Does it bother my health? Does it make any difference? Our title today is Cell Phone Usage and Your Health, the Medical Truth, and with me, an expert from the medical side for sure, but also on the technical side is Dr. Lee Vliet, president and CEO of Truth for Health Foundation. Now, just a little bit of background, the introduction of the cell phone, we all know revolutionized the world like almost no other invention now capitalizing on the internet, which obviously had to be there first internet developed by the military by the way, and then augmented by satellites floating above the earth and the cell phone towers nearly everywhere.
Sam Rohrer: The cell phone has really become the item of choice on one hand for tracking surveillance, communication for good and for bad. It’s the means for digital banking, a cashless society coming forward at us at full speed and so much more. But today on this program, I don’t want to talk so much about the cell phone and our addiction to it and how it can be used as a government tool. Instead, the communication frequency that permits the flow of information between cell phones and cell towers, wifi and other means that use the microwave band within the light wave spectrum we refer to as two G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and even six G frequencies and the risk of negative health impacts they create. So we’re going to go there to that part today. And with that, Dr. Lee, thank you so much for being, let me get right into this and I’m going to put this in an overall perspective. Does cell phone usage or proximity to cell towers or under the umbrella of continual wifi coverage, as an example, do those things you can comment on together, do they create an elevated level of negative health impacts through the admittance of these microwave mediation, these frequencies? And if yes, what harm is created? What level of impact is created?
Lee Vliet: Well, definitely Pastor Sam the documents from the US government and other governments worldwide since the 1950s. So that’s 75 years ago that they began documenting the extensive adverse health effects on every body system of electromagnetic radiation that includes radio waves, microwaves, and all up to and including all of the current technology, 5G, six G and so on. It’s all in this extensive range of microwave radiation from nearly 600 megahertz through a hundred gigahertz, and even in the millimeter waves, less than 20 gigahertz. So you’re looking at a broad spectrum of electromagnetic radiation. It doesn’t just come from cell phones, it comes from the environment. And we are exposed to electromagnetic and ionizing radiation, two different classes of radiation every day of our lives. But the issues that affect health, and I wanted your listeners to know, please go to truth for health.org website. Click on the tab that says 5G and your health.
Lee Vliet: We have a lot of these documents that I’m referring to. The Defense Intelligence Agency published a classified report in 1976, listing the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation on all body systems, blood cardiovascular cells, central nervous system, which includes mood, behavior and cognition, digestive system, endocrine organs, metabolism, reproduction, visual effects, internal sound perception and more. That was 1976 that the army office of the surgeon, general Department of the Army put this classified report together. It’s now been declassified and it’s on our website. In addition to that, guidelines from multiple European countries going back more than 10 years from their medical societies have documented body-wide health effects. Every system in the body consistent with the 1976 report, and they have published guidelines for prevention, for mitigation of exposure and for treatment. And for example, many nutraceuticals and many there are medications, there are nutraceuticals that help repair the damage. So there are lots of options to prevent extensive damage and we put together all of those resources on our website for people to use.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, Dr. Lee, now we’re going to go there, ladies and gentlemen, for what those things can do to mitigate, but I like you in this segment, go a little bit further and say what is the impact? What is the negative impact that can happen or does happen and how is that evidenced in a person’s body?
Lee Vliet: Well, there are six classes of damage from electromagnetic radiation and the more exposure you have, the more the risk. So it’s distance and time and dose dependent based on exposure and how close you are to the sources, but damage to red blood cells that can cause blood clots and impaired blood flow and oxygenation. The second is impairing the microcirculation and decreasing hemoglobin that carries oxygen. It also in number three, amplifies immune system dysfunction in ways that can lead to suppression, hyper hyperimmune responses and autoimmune responses. So significant dysregulation of the immune system. The fourth class of damage from electromagnetic radiation is increasing cellular oxidative stress, which means it impairs oxygen generation and delivery from an energy generation and oxygen delivery at the cellular level, which generates three radicals that cause more damage resulting in vascular injury, inflammation, and organ damage. The fifth class is increasing intracellular calcium flow, which disrupts the normal homeostasis, makes us more susceptible to illnesses including viral illnesses and causing more of the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals such as cytokines. And then another area is the heart damage and arrhythmias that it causes.
Sam Rohrer: Alright, so you named a number of those. A quick question, are these negative impacts more pronounced in children than adults?
Lee Vliet: Yes, because children, first of all, children using cell phones, for example, and computers, wifi and computers spending a lot of time in front of computers and devices that are on wifi. Children have smaller organ systems and smaller bodies, they have smaller heads, their skulls are thinner and so there’s greater risk of penetration of the electromagnetic radiation. Yes, children are more susceptible to the damages and that’s why it concerns me as a physician when I see parents letting their kids spend so much time on cell phones.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, let me ask you a quick question here from a practical perspective. We’ve got about two minutes left and that is this. Let’s just go to the cell phone now. The cell phone is something we’re talking about that because that embodies anyway, that’s all there. So from that perspective, what’s the proximity of that? Does that cell phone produce the kind of elevated harm when it’s sitting on my desk in front of me or is it in my pocket? How about if it’s across the room? Just explain that proximity because you mentioned that. How does that affect it?
Lee Vliet: Further away? It is from your body. The less exposure, the less penetration you would have from the electromagnetic radiation. It is very clear. I mean there’ve been a wealth of studies over a number of years showing that there is an increased incidence of acoustic neuromas and other types of brain tumors in people that are on the phone a lot and hold it at their ear. There have been studies looking at decline in sperm damage to sperm and decline in sperm count in men who carry their cell phones in their pants trousers, pockets close to their goads. So clearly these effects have been documented in medical studies and the manufacturers of the cell phones basically have ignored it. You had someone on your radio show a couple years ago who had been with a telecom company and he was bringing up these points as a telecom expert
Sam Rohrer: And
Lee Vliet: The studies that were done on cell phones, they were simply looking at the thermal effects of radiation damage. They weren’t looking at the EMF, the electromagnetic effects, the thermal effects tend to come primarily from ionizing radiation. So the cell phone manufacturers were looking at thermal effects saying, oh, well they don’t cause any effects. Well, that may be true on thermal effects, but it’s not true on the rest of it. And they have hidden that information from the public.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, thank you Dr. Lee Vliet, ladies and gentlemen. Yeah, we did cover that a couple years ago with the individual that Dr. Lee’s talking about. Alright, there is an impact. It does increase if you’re a child when the closer the phone is to you, the more impact it has. When we come back, we’re going to connect that to actually believe it or not, the covid shot. Well, welcome back to the program and I’m hoping you’re finding this interesting cell phones, you all use them, right? But what’s it doing to us?
Sam Rohrer: Well, we’re looking at the medical part in the last segment. Dr. Lee Vliet, my guest today, laid out a lot of information again on their website@truthforhealth.org. She has more information that goes into specifics on some of the things we’re talking about today. But in the last segment I said, we’ll connect cell phone or the frequency, the EMF frequency behind it, which is really what we’re talking about today with this thing called the covid shot.
Sam Rohrer: Because when the covid shot, if you recall just a bit of history, very short, when the covid shot was warped speeded into production back in 2020, remember that because of the national emergency that was declared, its suspended all previously existing testing requirements. And with that then when all the safety aspects of what will it do, what is it? How will it impact people that went out the door, that happened as a result, but many negative impacts beyond imagination. Some predictably said it would happen as a result and it made sense when you throw out the safety standards, which happened then. But they have been experienced not just in America but around the world now, one negative impact of the shots has been an observed linkage between the shot and interaction with these EMF frequencies that are floating through the air as a result of cell phones and cell phone powers. Alright, that’s enough I think introduction. Dr. Lee, in separate terms, how does the exposure to we’re EMF level 3, 4, 5, 6 or whatever it may be, and that frequency we’re talking about this microwave frequency, these EMFs that you just described produce cellular damage of one type or another. What have you found and what has been found, how that shot the injections have interacted with those frequencies?
Lee Vliet: Well, pastor Sam, the concern is that the same six classes of damage to the body that I just listed have been documented over decades with electromagnetic radiation are the same six classes of damage that we are seeing skyrocket since the COVID shots were released. They cause oxidative stress damage, impaired cellular oxygenation. They cause micro blood clots, impaired circulation. They cause immune disruption. They cause endocrine damage. They cause alterations in the cellular ion flow and they cause massive damage to the heart, including arrhythmias and heart attacks, pericarditis, myocarditis. So you’re looking at the situation where electromagnetic radiation, the more the exposure to that, the more it intensifies the damage caused by the covid shots and the boosters because they’re both acting on the same body pathways. It’s like putting gasoline on a fire instead of water on a fire to put it out. The EMF intensifies the inflammatory and oxidative and micro blood clotting damage and immune disruption from the shots.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, let me ask you much
Sam Rohrer: Worse. Okay, let me ask you a question. You’re saying that the EMF frequency that accompanies the cell phone, the cell phone towers and those things we’re talking about interact or magnify, explode perhaps the physical impacts that result from the CD injection. Alright, but you also said that before there was covid in a covid injection, there was evidence, I think you were saying that was actually showing that these frequencies were creating some of the same problems of inflammation and all that kind of thing without the covid injection. So are you basically saying that the EMF and the frequencies without covid is producing a similar harm to a body as the person who got the injection, but the person who got the injection just has the effects of it magnified because of the frequency? In other words, build that out, explain that just a little bit more.
Lee Vliet: Well, that’s partially correct. I’m saying that it has been documented for 75 years that these are the classes of damage that occur with excessive exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Okay? Cell phones are only one minor part of the problem. And not everyone is using the cell phone all day every day. Whereas someone who’s gotten the covid shot has the inflammation from the spike protein and the lipid nanoparticle toxicity and other contaminants in their body 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are not good ways to reliably eliminate it. So yes, the documented damage of EMF in hundreds of government papers over the years and medical research has shown those six classes of damage. So that’s there and it’s increasing in our environment for many reasons. There’s all kinds of equipment that people are using that emit electromagnetic radiation and power lines and computers and cell phones. They are all part of it, but they’re launching a hundred thousand satellites into the atmosphere into space to provide global wifi. So the entire planet is exposed to more electromagnetic radiation in our generation than at any time in history before that. Okay. Then you add those who got the shots, those are the people who are more at risk from the exposure to environmental A MF and to excessive use of cell phones.
Sam Rohrer: Alright, that’s great. Okay. I don’t understand that. So all people walking around today, living today in 2024 are encountering these electromagnetic frequencies from multiple sources, from satellites, from power line, all of these things that we’re using that’s driving technology and communication. But if a person has had the covid injection by the nature of what it is, they are producing those same problems and they’re basically on steroids, more or less, they have more of a problem. Now here’s a question I have for you. To what degree, I mean obviously I know that you are treating patients who got the shot and are experiencing one of these six symptoms that you talked about. Are you treating people who did not get the shot but are experiencing symptoms from just the exposure of the phone and all the other things that are going on? And if so, how are you treating one or both of them?
Lee Vliet: Well, it’s interesting that the same approaches to treatment since the classes of damage are the same. The six classes of damage, the approaches to treatment are the same for those who just have symptoms and body health effects due to EMF radiation exposure and those who have those similar effects due to covid injection complications. And it’s rarely just one symptom. It’s usually a cluster. It’s fatigue, it’s headaches, it’s GI disruption, it’s concentration problems, mood problems, sleep problems, arrhythmias, palpitations. There are many, there’s a cluster of effects that occur after the covid shots and after too much exposure to wifi and wireless devices and EMF radiation. So our vaccine injury treatment guide that’s on our website actually goes through an organized approach to all of that targeting the six classes of damage and the foods nutraceuticals and medications and lifestyle changes that can treat each of those six classes. The same principles apply to the treatment for electromagnetic radiation damage. And then we have a separate guide that focuses on ionizing radiation damage and how do you reduce exposure and how do you prevent injury and treat injuries that have occurred.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, now that’s excellent. We’ve got about a minute left and so I’m just going to make a little bit of comment and ask you another question. But ladies and gentlemen, we will come back in the next segment and I’m going to ask Dr. Lee to share more specifically some of these things practically that can be done by all of us to mitigate. And then ultimately, if there’s something that we can do, and I’m going to ask her the question, are we better off not to have a cell phone so she can think about that question because we have to balance all of this out. But Dr. Lee, on your site, again, you’ve given it truth for health.org. You are saying you deal with people can look up the 5G and the impact. You have a special call out for those things, which can mitigate the harm as well.
Lee Vliet: Yes. If you look under the tab that says covid vaccine Injury resources, we have a covid vaccine injury treatment guide that goes through all of these steps systematically. It’s your roadmap to recovery. It describes the symptoms and the different body systems. It describes the diagnostic labs and imaging, and it describes an integrated approach to treatment, including everything from what you eat to things like hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Sam Rohrer: Alright, super duper. Alright ladies and gentlemen, stay with us when we come back. Again, we’ve not gone super in depth, but hopefully enough to allow all of you listening regardless where you are to get a handle on this sufficiently to raise the question to have an answer. And we come back, we’ll talk a little bit about the mitigation and how we can address these things with our reports.
Sam Rohrer: Alright, Dr. Lee, we don’t have a long segment here, but let’s wrap up with some conclusions here. And we’ve talked about it, but let me just go here directly. Negative impacts from EMF, microwave frequencies stemming from cell phones, cell towers, wifi, all of that that’s happening around us. You have said actually do produce, I’m going to, in my words, clarify if it’s not true, an unacceptable health risk. Now that being the case, clarify that. Is it unacceptable or is it just a little bit worse than perfect? Qualify that if you could. And then if so, how can it be mitigated? And let’s go the direction of can vitamins and supplements help anyways, go there first please.
Lee Vliet: Well, let me first clarify. I don’t think realistically we can say unacceptable health risk. It is a health risk. It causes documented damage and there are ways to mitigate it, reduce exposure, and there are ways to prevent damage and ways to treat damage. So it’s like anything, cars are dangerous. More people die in car accidents than anything else that we could quickly point to. But people don’t stop driving. I’m not saying people need to stop using. I think that’s unrealistic in today’s world. But I am saying that you don’t need to carry your cell phone on your body in your pocket all day long. Close to your goads if you’re a male or close to your breast. If you’re a woman carrying it in your sports bra, carry your phone further away from critical organs when you’re talking on the phone. Don’t use those air pods that are higher emitting radiation.
Lee Vliet: Use the old fashioned ear buds and also put the phone down on the desk when you’re talking instead of holding it up at your ear. Move it away from your bed at night. Don’t leave it by your head. There are simple things. Turn off the wifi in your bedroom at night. Turn off the wifi in your house at night. If you’re not using it, you don’t need. And also you don’t need the wifi on all the time if you’re sleeping for eight hours or if you try to not spend so much time in front of the computer and wifi devices. Those are just simple common sense things. Go outside and stand on the ground in your bare feet for a half an hour. Grounding yourself. You can use exercise aerobic exercise minimizes radiation damage, whether it’s ionizing radiation or whether it’s electromagnetic radiation because it is oxygen. The body minimizing the oxidative stress that comes from radiation. So brisk walking, aerobically and prayer and meditation are ways of dampening down the overstimulation that occurs with the body under stress of oxidative stress, radiation stress, and so on. So you have a whole gamut of common sense things people can do that will reduce the risk of damage and still allow you to have the conveniences that we live our lives by these days. But just don’t use them in ways that aggravate the health problems.
Sam Rohrer: Okay, let me follow up.
Lee Vliet: Vitamins play a huge role.
Sam Rohrer: Okay. Alright, let me follow up very, very practically. People listening say, right, don’t carry it in your pocket, okay? Or don’t carry it up on your breast. If you’re a woman area, alright, fine, that’s something that can be easily done. But if I’m carrying it on my body somewhere, my back pocket or whatever that type, how long is it? Like two hours a day is okay, but 10 hours a day is too much. I mean, is that able to be quantified?
Lee Vliet: Well, not necessarily because each person has individual variations and medical risk. So I would say do your best to minimize it. A back pocket is not as damaging to a man as a front pocket. You have the fat of the buttocks tissue that actually reduces some of the exposure of the goads to the EMS. So don’t carry it in your front pocket, front trouser pocket. If you’re a woman, don’t carry it in your bra. If you’re a woman exercising it, carry it in a back pocket or in something around your
Sam Rohrer: Waist. Okay, I’ve got to go quicker here. It goes to vitamins. What kind of vitamins that mean should an inflammatory reducing vitamin like Turin or something like that can be used. What about vitamins and supplements? So
Lee Vliet: That encompasses all the classes of damage. The six classes of damage or inflammation, vascular damage, immune dysfunction, oxidative stress, intracellular ion flow dysregulation and endocrine disruption. Those six classes, we have a whole approach that I’ve worked out over the years that includes the critical vitamins and nutraceuticals that address all six classes of damage. It includes things like vitamin C, vitamin D, full spectrum, vitamin E, magnesium, mitochondrial boost products, an acetylcysteine, probiotics, zinc, and then products that are designed to improve the health of the blood vessels. So it’s a combined approach and some of the core vitamins that we’ve been teaching people to increase to prevent viral illnesses that cause the same six classes of damage are the same vitamins that reduce the damage from electromagnetic radiation exposure. And so it’s making sure that you put all the pieces of the puzzle together in an organized way, which is why we wrote the educational guide to show people how to do that. It’s not just a one magic bullet that solves the problem.
Sam Rohrer: Alright? And I think that’s great advice. So ladies and gentlemen, yeah, go to the website. You don’t have time to write everything down I’m sure, but Dr. Lee cite truth for health.org. Then you can find those list of supplements and vitamins. And again, as we’ve talked on this program here today and many others in the past, it’s the creation of inflammation that is the greatest harm perhaps of the covid shot. It’s what’s happening with these emfs. The inflammatory responses are bad. So these are things that can be done. So that’s that. And then obviously Dr. Lee, you talked about the logical part of it is don’t carry that cell phone in your front pocket or on your top. If you’re a woman, don’t keep it with you so long when you go to sleep at night. Put it on the other side of the room, turn off the wifi if you can. Those are just logical things that increases the proximity and time away from it, which you said at the beginning of the programming was a factor. So summarize, we’ve got about 45 seconds left.
Lee Vliet: Well, I just really encourage people, look at our covid vaccine Injury Treatment guide on our website. We’d love a donation if you decide to download it, but it’s not required. It is a public service. I spent many hours researching and writing that, and that’s a resource. It’s a roadmap. So you print it and you follow the steps and you look at the plan that we’ve given you to help you improve your health and your roadmap to recovery and health and resilience, which is the way God designed us. And I encourage all of you to keep in mind that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit through which we serve the Lord in this world. So it’s our biblical duty to keep our body healthy so that our temple for the Holy Spirit can function for God’s work in this
Sam Rohrer: World perfectly. Dr. Lee Vliet, thank you so much. Her website again, truth for health.org. And ladies and gentlemen, we did not go into the aspect of cell phones and children and all of the content damage that is coming into their minds. Different issue. We dealt with that on another program. We tried to stay with the medical and health impacts directly today. So listen to the program again. Stand on the gap radio.com. You can pick it up, share it with a friend, read the transcript online.
